Coaching – Our coaching skills were developed through ICF-Accredited training and more than 1500 hours of partnering with clients. Coaching is an individual process, co-created with the client in a confidential setting with input from stakeholders. We check in on progress with both our coaching client and the stakeholders, and use a development plan to measure against benchmarks.
