I have enjoyed Mr. Rockwell’s body of work for a long time, even hearing him speak a time or two. He has a lovely way of being practical in his challenge for each of us to be better leaders. This book is more of that—opening with about 130 pages of a story that will keep your interest, and then four “projects” for you to dig into yourself by answering questions, then involving those in your life to help open your blank spots. One point to ponder: Self-reflection and self-awareness are not best practiced in isolation. And to that end he includes a reflection section for you to read this in a book group and discuss the story with the learning of your own life. If you enjoyed Who Moved My Cheese for the parable, this book is a great next step.
