Simon Sinek is famous for his TED talk on this subject, so if you aren’t going to read this book, check it out here. This book expands on the TED talk to really explore WHY you do what you do. It’s a nice opportunity to consider who you inspire and how you inspire them. Two key points:
- When you compete against others, no one wants to help you. When you compete against yourself, everyone wants to help.
- Those who know WHY need those who know HOW.
