Liminal thinking, as defined by the author, is the art of creating change by understanding, shaping and reframing beliefs. Our beliefs stand in the way of our change – individuals, families, groups, teams, organizations, and the world.

I really enjoyed this book and spent a great deal of time in the exercises that he created to examine core beliefs and how they shape decisions and direction. If you are willing to invest in that exploration, pick this one up and dig in. You will be grateful.
