One of the joys of reading Mr. Lencioni’s books is that he tells a story that is chock-full of real organizational problems, followed by an executive summary that offers practical solutions for the problems presented.  In this iteration, the challenge is meetings. And the comparison of meetings to movies works really well in my mind. One of the takeaways from this book is the four meeting types every organization should have…a daily check-in, a weekly tactical, a monthly strategic, and a quarterly offsite review. There are nuances of each, and I leave that for you to explore when you apply your organization’s culture to the suggestions.  I highly recommend this easy read if you want to improve your meeting culture.
