“It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.” —Eric Thomas

Completing my annual releasing ritual (aka cleaning my office), I came across this quote which must have grabbed me when I read it because I kept it. The small ripped section of a page had just as much importance this time as it did initially. It filled me with questions, some of which may also strike you.

When I stop speaking my idea, what is my fear? When I don’t set a boundary (and should) around my time, talent, or treasure, what am I compensating for? And, if nothing was outside possibility, who would I show up as in the easy and the hard conversations?

So, as we launch this new year together, my hope is we all share our Goodness with the world and inch toward being more of who we are.
